The way you eat lunch or play or whatever doesn’t have too much to do with the words that come out of your mouth or the lessons that your parents/adults teach you. There are plenty of kids/people who are wise and mature beyond their years. Children learn and repeat what the adults close to them teach them and as John Lennon says here, his mom taught him about happiness so, along with that, she must have told him that that’s what life about (or something similar) and so then, if they don’t understand the importance of happiness, then they don’t understand life. ~ Heaven Smith
