The hardest way is accepting the things from the past, but we still have to move on and look for the future not from the past. ~ Lavz Mee
Accept it today and throw off the ties that bound you. Embrace tomorrow liberated moving toward an amazing future. ~ Jeanne Montalvo
It can be transformed into something powerful that can help heal others. Be a survivor and show others what healing can look like. ~ Terry Melody
We can’t get back yesterday, we can’t leap forward to tomorrow. So all we have is the now. If we find we made a wrong turn, the most drastic thing we truly can do is tomorrow get to a place where we can try and get onto the road we intended to before we took our ‘wrong turn’ or choose to continue on this way. I’ve done both, only to find out later, I maybe ought to have accepted the ‘now’ and continued, rather tan assume I was meant to go the way I’d been headed & lost. Hindsight is not 20/20, it’s that passenger side mirror with the warning “images are closer than they appear”. ~ P J Slade

I have been to hell and I have been through hell. Isurvived. I have been in that long dark tunnel and thought there was no hope of ever seeing the light. The sun came out. I saw the light. I am a courageously strong, psychologically healthy and extrodinarily happy woman today. If I had changed, edited, erased or heaven forbid forgotten any of it, well I wouldn’t be who I am today. I’m at peace with my past. All of it. I could even say I’m grateful for it today. I am in love with life. I’m thrilled to wake up each morning. I recognize my blessings and I’m thankful for everything and everyone who is in my life.
