It would be easier to understand and get hold of your true identity (the self), if we accept first the fact that many people always want to be at the top of everything; be in control. They will break your will and make efforts to see you bend to their rules. Once we accept their idea of “adjusting” ourselves to the kind of behavior they suggested for us to follow and/or live with…we loss our original self. And worst, you put your life under their control.
