Don't stress yourself out about the things you can't change

You can only control yourself. You cannot control other people, situations or things.

Your serenity rises in direct proportion to how well you let go of these things.

Just roll with it, stay positive and hope for the best. One day at a time.

It is kind of liberating when you accept what you can’t control or change. The stress really does go away. Or at least go down a notch. 

Life is like a roller coaster ride and you can fight the ups and downs and if you do, you will just get yourself frustrated and stressed out. We have to learn how to ride it and have fun. Sounds pretty simple and it is, but no one said it’s easy. ~ Thomas Rubenstein
